We believe that every bride deserves to try on dresses in their size, which is why we have bridal gowns for all shapes and sizes ranging from bridal size 4-32. Our bridal gowns range in price from $1,500-$6,000 with most gowns falling between $1,600-$4,000.

To ensure that our brides have the best bridal experience in our area, our Stylists are continuously training and always seeking new ways to love on our brides!

We love to get to know our brides, answer all their questions, ease their nerves, and set their appointment up for success with our Virtual Consultation over Zoom prior to their in-person appointment. Virtual Consultations are included with all appointment options!

At Heart to Heart Bride, we are available when you are available with appointments on weekends, weekdays & evenings!

We know everyone loves options and that not everyone wants the exact same experience, so we have 4 different Bridal Experience options for you to choose from! We offer both a Free Upgraded Bridal Appointment, as well 3 additional appointment upgrade options for a fee!

Our 13,000sq ft store is all about celebrating the bride. After your appointment at Heart to Heart Bride, you can have a glass (or a bottle!) of bubbly or a complimentary cup coffee in our Celebration Lounge! Our Celebration Lounge is a gorgeous space designed to create even more memories for our brides with their family and friends.

Our Story

Sarah’s passion for the bridal industry started at a very young age. When she was a Sophomore at Penfield High School her Fashion Design teacher, Janice Burkhart, opened Heart to Heart Bridal in Manchester, NY and told her that when she got her driver’s license that she could start working there. In March of 2005, Sarah did just that! She ended up working with Janice for the rest of high school and all through college while she attended Monroe Community College and Nazareth College pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In May of 2010, the month that Sarah graduated from Nazareth, Janice and Sarah opened a second location of Heart to Heart Bridal in Webster, NY. A part-time high school job turned into a lifelong passion for helping brides find their dream dress!

After spending over 9 years growing Heart to Heart in Webster, in October of 2019, Sarah achieved her dream of purchasing this business that she loves so dearly! Sarah decided to change the name slightly to Heart to Heart Bride. Heart to Heart Bride in Webster is led by Store Manager, Ashley Weisenborn & Operations Manager, Zoe Behncke. Ashley, Zoe, and our amazing team of Stylists cannot wait to help you say YES to your wedding dress!

Our story continues to be written with our latest expansion! We are now in our forever home at 1170 Ridge Road! Our new store is 13,000sq ft of bridal heaven. We have also added a large Special Occasion & Mother’s Dress department! In our new store, we also have a super unique space for our brides and their families and friends to celebrate after they say YES, which we call our Celebration Lounge!
